We’re here to support those in need within the Whitehorse community, offering information, guidance, and financial assistance to help you through tough times. Our services are completely free and no appointment needed.
Services
Advocacy and Negotiation
- When requested our staff may speak to a service or agency on behalf of a client to assist with negotiations.
Information and Referral
- We provide access to a wide range of community services and offers referrals to connect individuals with trusted local organisations. This service ensures residents receive the right support for their needs, whether it’s health, housing, wellbeing, or specialised assistance.
Emergency Relief
- WERS provides emergency relief to those experiencing hardship and cost of living crisis for those clients who live in the Whitehorse Council area.
